Erin and Paul grew up in the same hometown and even kicked off many summers down the shore with friends together. It wasn’t until after Paul graduated college in 2016 they went on their first date. Even though the service and food was terrible, Erin agreed to a second date and the rest was history! As for their engagement? Well, they were supposed to go out to dinner with Erin’s family before her sister went back to school, but little did she know the family was in on a little secret. “Paul told me there was something wrong with the car, and when we went outside to look, Paul got down on one knee,” Erin reminisced. It was at that moment Paul’s family popped out of the bushes and Erin’s family raced outside. The engaged couple celebrated with a backyard party.
Making family and friends a priority is one of Erin and Paul’s core values they hold dear to their hearts. They couldn’t wait to have everyone together at Indian Trail Club and wanted loved ones to be just as excited for their special day by giving a glimpse of their wedding through custom wedding stationery. Erin and Paul decided on photo-style save the date cards digitally printed on white card stock using two photos from their engagement session. As for their wedding invitations? Well, we incorporated white flowers and greenery that would be incorporated through the florals created by Laurelwood Designs, as well as a lavish monogram crest, and a pop of color with dusty blue envelopes lined with a eucalyptus pattern. Their four-piece invitation suite was held together with a dusty blue belly band wrap. One of my favorite details though, was how we later brought the monogram crest to life off through an acrylic cake topper with 3D letter and brushed painted back to match the invitation suite and bring the personalization full circle. Congratulations Erin and Paul! It was an absolute pleasure getting to know you and bringing your stationery vision to life. Xo
