Lace and Belle is a custom design studio, in which provides a journal/blog where users can view wedding inspiration and read articles on various stationery/etiquette/wedding related topics.

EMAIL MARKETING

You may choose to no longer receive marketing emails from us by following the unsubscribe instructions in the email you receive. Please understand, if you opt out of marketing emails, you still may receive emails related to any of your purchase transactions, as well as order confirmations and shipping confirmations.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE(S)

All services offered via our site are subject to our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse service to any order, person or entity without any obligation or reason for doing so. Orders of services provided is not accepted until a client agreement and/or payment has been processed.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, & RETURNS

Due to the creative and customized of our products and services, ALL sales are final and should you cancel your event, Lace and Belle is under no obligation to attempt to re-book further services to fill the void, and no refunds will be given for any design work already completed and money already previously paid towards the total cost. If the event is cancelled, it is under the sole discretion of Lace and Belle to excuse the client of all (or a portion of) client’s outstanding balance of the total cost.

OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The information and design work throughout the site contains intellectual property owned by Lace and Belle (unless otherwise noted, such as any photos provided by photographers where credit is given). You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, distribute, display, reproduce in any way without written consent.
