Whoever said a vintage wedding aesthetic couldn’t evoke romance and elegance clearly hasn’t seen this wedding editorial. This inspiration is a timeless tale inspired by vintage heirloom pieces, which you can find sprinkled throughout the gallery captured by Tori Kelner. An antique ladder to suspend engraved wood pieces to create a seating chart? Oh, yes! Vintage luggage to hold the most romantic florals from Laurelwood Designs? Yes, please! And I certainly cannot forget to mention the retro washboards to create pretty little accent pieces. Pair these elements with a chic lace ball gown, a charming venue on the lake, a lush tablescape, and a dessert displays you JUST HAVE TO SEE! Angela from Belfiore Bridal truly thought of every detail for this vintage boho wedding inspiration. The lounge–created from rental pieces from Cedar and Sage–is sure to have you daydreaming of relaxing by the stone fireplace with the love of your life toasting to your future together.
As for the pretty paper and calligraphy details? Well, I certainly spared no detail starting with an engraved wood invitation. The Lace and Belle suite also incorporated signature calligraphy, a venue sketch and vintage gold wax seals. I carried the aesthetic through day-of details including menu cards with wax seals and an acrylic table number for the tablescape. But the decor didn’t stop there! I also created a calligraphy scroll for the cake table, as well as mini calligraphy signs (also engraved in natural wood) for the cookie wall filled with artisan We Knead the Dough cookies.
P.S. Did I mention this creative team also happens to be ALL female-owned businesses?! Yep! See the creative talents come to life below.
