I’d be lying if I said I was ready for the summer to end, but there’s something about crisp autumn mornings and getting cozy under a blanket in front of a bonfire that just gets me super excited for the season. If you’re already dreaming of fall soirees with warm earthy tones, you’re going to LOVE this terra cotta wedding inspiration. Nestled in the woods of Rose Valley, Pennsylvania, The Old Mill set the tone for a Styled Shoots Across America wedding editorial filled with luxury details that pushes the creative boundaries planned to perfection by La Rue Events. Florals by BeLovely Floral Co. lend a soft, romantic, and modern style with roses, ranunculus, pampas grass and Phalaenopsis orchids, while the bridal gown with plunging neckline and cascading overlay skirt and formal attire offers a fashion-forward finesse. And the outdoor ceremony design?! Get ready to ooh and ahh because it’s that pretty! Various lanterns in gold tones, along with greenery and candles flanked each side of the aisle leading up to a lavish floral arch.
The terra-cotta concept was reflected throughout every single detail of the styled shoot, including the invitation suite. The Lace and Belle design was engraved in cognac-hued leather, featured modern calligraphy on the main invitation, inserts, and envelopes, as well as a floral motif on the response card. Topping the terra-cotta clothed tables were white orchids, taper candles, an engraved leather table number, and monogram crest on top of each place setting. Above the table was a suspended arrangement made of wispy greens and of course no event is complete without a decadent cake and photo booth fun.
Each and every detail was not only well thought out, but this creative team went above and beyond in their artistry. Continue scrolling to see all the swoon-worthy imagery captured by Rachel Dibs Photography and then head on over to Pennsylvania Weddings for more! Xo
