Prepare to have all the heart eyes, belles! Because this wedding inspiration is about to give you all the feels. Now there might not be a ceremony setup or a curated tablescape dressed to the nines, BUT there’s still so much inspiration to fall in love with. Take for instance the old world architecture and character of Philadelphia, the bold fashion-forward style of our bride and groom, the pastel-hued florals, sparkly Jimmy Choo shoes, modern calligraphy, touches of gold, and classic bridal beauty. Oh, and did I mention that show-stopping burgundy gown?!
Liz Andolina Photography crafted the story of a luxury East Coast wedding with every detail representing a couple who’s well traveled, yet unpretentious. Bloomers N’ Things designed florals with petals that evoke a romantic style with eucalyptus, roses, and anemones, to name a few. Casey Kozub styled the bride’s hair in a classic updo to show off her dazzling drop earrings and Makeup Artist Jacqui Clark applied makeup with barely-there shimmery eyes and a reddish-pink pout to enhance her natural beauty.
When I think of a modern wedding in the city, visions of lucite, classic black, ivory, and gold accents come to mind. And as soon as I saw the mood board, I just knew I had to blend paper with a material you don’t see every day. The Lace and Belle invitation suite featured an avant-garde engraved acrylic invitation with modern calligraphy paired with a serif font, and a monogram for a new take on a timeless tradition for personalized flair. On the RSVP card I incorporated gold leaf accents which beautifully complemented the gold calligraphy on the modern black envelopes.
Liz Andolina’s photos are too dreamy for words! Take a peek at a few of my favorites below and then head on over to Tacari Weddings to see more.
